Many sites within the Park have visibility from both relocated Army Post Road and Highway 5. More than sixty-five percent of the sites in the Park have frontage on new Army Post Road or Highway 5. South of the Park are Echo Valley Country Club, the City of Norwalk and several new residential developments. The Des Moines Airport is one-half mile north of the Park. The Park has entrances on new Army Post Road, Highway 28 and County Line Road. Utilities All utilities for the Park are in place, including a looped city water supply system, high pressure natural gas service, and 480 volt three phase electric service. Redundant electric power and fiber optic cable are available. Tax Abatement Tax abatement is available for qualifying new construction in the Park. Three year, 100% or ten year declining abatement are available.
