The premises are made up of two parts with a higher warehouse with brick elevations under a double skin profile metal sheet roof. Loading is to the side yard and internally the unit comprises entrance reception/offices with open plan workshop area, WC, stores and staff canteen. There is a modern lower warehouse extension which is of steel portal frame construction overclad in profile metal sheeting incorporating translucent roof panels. Loading is to the rear tarmacadam yard area. Heating to the higher warehouse is from a freestanding gas warm air blower unit with a gas hot water central heating system to the offices.
