Spring House Innovation Park, or 'SHIP', is Greater Philadelphia's premier research and development focused business park with over 600,000 SF of planned or existing laboratory and office space across 130+ acres with the capabilities of accommodating requirements ranging from a few hundred square feet of startup/incubation space to over 100,000 SF.
