This flex building was constructed in 1974 and was renovated in 2018. The park is comprised of 14 buildings. The building is situated on 133 acres. The zoning code is AA. MRA acquired the former Rohm and Haas Research and Development Campus in Spring House at the end of March '17. The property, now known as Spring House Innovation Park, is 133 acres with approximately 600,000 square feet of existing lab, office and research and development space. We are redeveloping the property into a premier, multi-use campus that will include a university-affiliated regional center of excellence for innovation and advanced production, and also a business incubation and commercialization center. It's worth mentioning that the campus is part of the BioLaunch611+ Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ).
