Bldg. 2703 is a large clean warehouse ready to go, with heavy duty concrete floors, concrete block walls and a flat insulated roof. All Sections are open bay. The building has wrap around docks on all sides with loading, under awnings, in Section 1 and 3. There are drive-in ramps in Section 1. There is space for parking and some outside storage. The building is located near I-70, I-470, I-335 and US 75. It is located in an Industrial Park area just south of the Topeka city limits.
