Iron Pier is a mixed use retail / residential building, located at The Syracuse Inner Harbor, just a half mile from the center of the Syracuse downtown urban core and easily accessed from interstates 81 and 690. Inner Harbor is located at the south end of Onondaga Lake and is surrounded by 28 acres currently under redevelopment by COR Development. COR is implementing a Master Plan that will be a new urban mixed-use neighborhood surrounding Syracuse’s Inner Harbor. This $350 Million development will include a mix of residential, retail, restaurant, hospitality, office and educational spaces and is planned to be completed over 5-10 years. The development focuses on public access to the water’s edge and a cohesive pedestrian friendly neighborhood. When fully built out, the Inner Harbor will be home to over 400 residential opportunities including apartments, townhouses, and condominiums. Residents and visitors alike will shop and dine in over 150,000 Square feet of street level retail and restaurants.
