The Property is outside city limits in Williamson County and is served by both Georgetown and Jarrell ISD.
The Seller has indicated this offering is divisible based on if a Purchaser wants to acquire the West or East parcel, however Ownership's preference is to sell the West parcel first. The lots based off the concept plan vary in size from 35’, 40’, and 45’ configurations. The Property is less than half a mile west of Interstate 35, 2.5 miles south of Jarrell, and 7 miles north of Georgetown. Purchaser will be responsible for any further platting or entitlement related costs.
