Physician Real Estate Capital Advisors, LLC has been retained as the exclusive advisor related to the sale-leaseback of a three-property portfolio 100% occupied by Parker County OB/GYN Associates, PLLC. At closing, Parker County OB/GYN Associates, PLLC will execute a new 5- year NNN lease with one, three-year option to renew. The tenant, founded in 2007, includes four physicians and is a member of United Women’s Healthcare, the largest network of women’s healthcare specialists in the United States. A fifth physician will be joining the practice in August of 2025. Over the last 12 months, the practice has seen over 8,000 individual patients. The portfolio is strategically located on the campus of the Medical City Weatherford Hospital, a full-service acute care hospital licensed for 103 beds. The hospital is part of an HCA owned network of 19 hospitals in North Texas.
