Churchill Technology & Business Park is the largest site for business development in the greater New Orleans area, spanning nearly 500 acres on the west bank of Jefferson Parish. Phase I includes development of 40 acres in a campus setting with infrastructure, redundant power and telecommunications. Phase II contains 50 acres and its infrastructure is currently in design phase. The remaining approximate 400 acres of land are available for future park expansion.
