The park is also rail served by CN, a national Class 1 carrier. CN maintains an active line adjacent to the new building and Brookhaven is bisected by CN’s main north/south rail line connecting New Orleans with Canada. This 50,000 square foot build-out-ready Spec Building is expandable up to 150,000 SF and has a 100,000 SF pad already in place for the future growth of this building.
