The former church building was razed after a fire. The owner has completed the asbestos survey, asbestos clearance letter, and paid the water abandonment fee. Basements were removed and areas were back filled, compacted (with select fill) and rough graded for positive drainage. A Geotech design was done by an engineer and the soil was compacted and is now ready for new construction. This work will save the buyer environmental costs. Utilities are available to the site.
