Rentar Plaza, located in Middle Village, Queens, is a flourishing, innovative 1,567,208 sq ft facility, with 325,000 sq.ft. of shopping space. Each of its three 11 acre levels has it's own truck docks, automobile access and mechanical systems. Since it's conception, it has been continuously evolving and improving. Rentar Plaza was built by Rentar and is still owned and managed by Rentar today. The Shops at Rentar Plaza exterior will have a new and inviting look and includes a large pylon sign which will list the tenants of The Shops at Rentar Plaza. There will also be a large pylon sign on our northwest corner at Metropolitan Ave before the down ramp to the lower level of the building. New lighting and signage which is designed to go hand in hand with our rebranding will be included throughout the entire mall.
