The property lies on the edge of the Granary District, on Salt Lake City’s reinvented west side. The immediate area has experienced tremendous change over the last five years. Once dominated by empty decaying warehouses, a wave of development and redevelopment has occurred. There has been adaptive reuse from abandoned warehouses to creative offices, life sciences, apartments, coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries addressing the growing demand for the live, work, and play environment.
