All five lots are on the Schroon River right at the mouth of Schroon Lake. Schroon Lake is a 9 mile long pristine lake in the Adirondack Park. The Town of Schroon offers numerous restaurants & bars, a theatre, shops, Schroon Lake Lodge and a beautiful sandy beach. A very popular tourist destination. Dock spaces are few and far between. The lake needs another marina and this could be it.
