We are located in the original Durfee Textile School, which was constructed in 1890 to train and educate leaders in the local textile industry. The building later served as a school before it was left unoccupied for 20 years. The building was redeveloped in 2020 as a mixed-use space with 50 residential units at the Creative Class Lofts. Groundwork is a coworking space located on the ground floor and an anchor tenant for the commercial space.
