This property is a campground and church meeting facility. The sale is expressly contingent upon and subject to a satisfactory property/parcel split being approved by the municipality separating the front 10 acres from the rear 30 acres, which is the parcel being sold. The office building and two houses at the front of the property on approximately 10 acres are expressly excluded from this sale. An easement along the driveway to access the property being sold will be a part of the property/parcel split process.
