The Property will be conveyed “As-Is Where-Is”, without warranty, express or implied, with any and all latent and patent defects. The Property will also be conveyed subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, rights of way, easements and leases, if any, that are valid, in existence, and of record, or are apparent by visual inspection.
