Local Time on November 13, 2023. No phone, fax or electronic transmission Proposals will be accepted. If mailed, no responsibility is assumed for postal delays. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE SCHOOL DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
