Besides the school building, there are 4 dormitories, a large colonial style mansion converted to administrative offices, a maintenance building, an in-ground pool and pool house, and an older cottage. 7 buildings will be delivered vacant upon closing except for the school building, which is leased to a Special Act Public School District headquartered in Dobbs Ferry, NY and whose lease expires on June 30th, 2025.
