In 2014, this building was awarded LEED certification at the Gold level by the U.S. Green Building Council. St. John Properties, in conjunction with Aberdeen Proving Ground, is developing The Government and Technology Enterprise (The GATE), a state-of-the-art office and technology business park for the government sector and non-government users.
