The prominent and highly visible two-building business park measures approximately 31,000 square feet and is located at the corner of Sunset Highway and the Brookwood/Helvetia exit in Hillsboro, Oregon, directly adjacent to Sunset Highway Business Park I, a four-building, approximately 108,000 square foot multi-tenant business park which we developed in 2009.
