The Kings Tavern building is a three level antebellum structure with a total of about 3,744 sq ft which was built in the 1790's. It is one of the oldest structures in Natchez.
This building has a cypress shake roof that is about one year old.
The first floor has about 2148 sq ft which has been used in the past as a restaurant which will seat about 85 people. Two restrooms are located on the first floor.
The second floor has about 1,020 sq ft and has been used in the past as a liquor store, multi purpose gathering area, office etc.
The third floor contains about 576 sq ft and consists of one bedroom and one bathroom.
There is a floored attic over the third floor.
The former Distillery building has masonry walls and a metal roof. This building contains about 1,652 sq ft was renovated about seven years ago and has new wiring and new plumbing. The Distillery building has a metal roof which is about one year old.
The two building together contain a total of about 5,396 sq ft +/-.
