The project is located off Winchester Pike adjacent to the interchange at US 33 and Gender Road. There are over 45,000 blue collar employees within a 30-minute drive of the project, and more specifically, 35,135 households and a population of 93,000 with a five-mile radius of the project.
The Southeast / 33 Corridor is approximately 10 miles from the Rickenbacker Airport, one of the largest cargo-focused airports in the country. The Rickenbacker submarket is the largest submarket in Columbus, nearing 100M SF. With limited development opportunities and traffic congestion in Rickenbacker, the SE/33 corridor has begun to attract the attention of tenants and developers as a viable alternative location in the SE market of Columbus.
The Canal Winchester area is one of Central Ohio's fastest growing communities with proximity to Lancaster, Pickerington and Reynoldsburg. The project's location on an interchange of US 33 provides an ideal location at the intersection of a strong labor shed, a pro-business environment and regional and national connectivity.
