Built in 1917 for the apple industry, this facility has grown with the surrounding area. Buildings have been added over the years, to allow for diversity, and flexibility. There are 3 main buildings which contribute a majority of the produce areas. There is another building with 2 convertible rooms, capable of being freezers or coolers. Our dry storage area is 41,000 square feet, and the main freezer was added in 1989. Many of the rooms can be converted to coolers, or dry storage, with very few changes. The property is conveniently located and has easy access to interstate 81, the trucker's corridor.
