The exterior of this three-story, professional building is clad in full-height glass, which imparts a light and airy feel to the spaces inside. Most offices are configured as suites, many are occupied by tenants in the medical professions. All hallways and common areas have recently been renovated and upgraded as has the elevator. Because the building is located directly on Hempstead Turnpike (Route 24), a major East / West thoroughfare with fantastic transportation, the building has both excellent accessibility to public transportation, convenient shopping nearby and extraordinary visibility from the street. To capitalize on this, we’re happy to host our tenants’ signage on the building in order to raise awareness for their business.
