The Old Telephone Exchange comprises a striking three storey character office building originally constructed in circa 1907 in an authentic style with asymmetrical plan and is grade II listed. The building structure has been refurbished and a complimentary fitout has also just been completed to create attractive character offices, whilst sympathetically retaining many of the original features including ornate brickwork, herringbone parquet flooring and vaulted ceiling with glass skylights on the first floor.
