Inglewood Park is the retail/office development phase of PUD development consisting of five freestanding buildings with a total of 31,500 SF of space. The first phase of the residential portion of the development included 106 single-family homes along with 86 condominium units. Phase II (Inglewood family homes along with 86 condominium units. Phase II (Inglewood West) is slated for 220 units. Each building has an asking price of $1,675,000 or $3,350,000 for both assets.
