Revenue from a billboard is estimated at $35k per month. · There aren't any objections for our project as presented to FDOT. · Utility companies have expressed no objections to the project. · $300K+ invested in engineering, permitting fees, surveying fees, ecological impact survey fees. Wildlife and tree impact and survey fees. Tree mitigation fees. · Three lanes of South bound traffic and three lanes of North bound traffic, over 32 thousand cars a day according to an FDOT 2022 traffic study.
