28,544 square foot distribution warehouse with clearance from 18' - 30' ceilings. This was used for many years as the Budweiser Distribution center. There is 400 AMP service to the building which serviced the several beer large coolers, they have since been removed. The short white building on the left is office space and connects to the warehouse. There is a free standing building of 2,000 SF used as an office area and storage area. Two 14' x 14' for truck height access, two 14' x 16' grade level doors were used for drive in access. The fifth 14' x 16' door was used as a wash bay for the truck. The back wall could have access to the warehouse. The building is 1 1/2 miles from exit 9 on Rt 390.
