Ample parking and room to build a second structure in the rear (additional office or multi family). Current design shows a second structure with common outside area as phase two development. Front building has a pad built in back which can allow building to be up to 4,500 SF. Septic permit approved and sewer easement in back of the property. Currently under permits/construction and preliminary engineering studies completed. Existing building can be leveled to accommodate larger commercial, residential or mixed use building.
