WOLSKE PLAZA, is family owned and managed, the building offers the best bang for the buck in the German Village/Brewery District!
REGARDING VISITOR PARKING: We want to accommodate all potential tenants but we do currently have several tenants with businesses that cater to a daily steady stream of visitors with scheduled appointments of one hour or less. Due to limited visitor parking in our upper level parking garage it may be necessary for some visitors to park on the street. The spots are "metered" but payment is made via an electronic kiosk located at the southwest corner of our building at S High St and Willow St. Interestingly, after the City of Columbus took out the meters and installed the kiosk, the number of cars parked on the street has significantly decreased. Apparently, most people considered the kiosk more inconvenient than a traditional meter. Fortunately, the lack of the use of the street parking means that there are more spots available for our tenants' visitors.
OTHER:
Potential & current tenants should know that as of this year we have a new elevator service provider and the elevators have been running better than ever. Also, our HVAC guys do a great job of keeping everyone comfortable. We've made great strides in upgrades to the building since we started self-managing in 2016 and we have plans for many more projects in the near future!
FREE PARKING FOR TENANTS ON TWO LEVELS UNDER BUILDING! (Free spots are limited, but additional spots are reasonably priced!)
Wolske Plaza is located at 580 South South High Street with views of Downtown, the Brewery District and German Village. There is currently one 1900 SF suite available first floor. The building is within walking distance to the Franklin County Courthouses/Offices. Great location just south of Downtown with very close access to I-70 and I-71. Two levels of parking with underground gated tenant reserved spots and upper level reserved as well as visitors spaces. The City of Columbus has just announced new zoning changes that could include new development to the Brewery District Area. Plus, the massive work-in-progress I-70/I-71 improvements will add large treelined traffic/pedestrian overpass bridges on South High, Front Street and Third Street next to the Brewery District and German Village.
