Yosemite Office Center is a class B+ office building in the lower DTC Business District is under new ownership and management as of January 2017. The building features new conference rooms and a fitness center built early 2018, and the front walkway entrance was just remodeled Summer 2020. There is ample covered parking with direct elevator access, new LED lights in parking garage, and other improvements are currently being made. The Lower DTC Business district just north of Orchard Rd off of S Yosemite St features easy access to I-25, I-225, and has many dining options such as the Tavern and Jason's Deli within short walking distance.
