Salina industrial Park (SIP) -Phase 1 includes 25 available lots, most with utilities and frontage on Industrial Park Drive. Lots may be purchased individually or combined. Additional acreage is available. The Salina Industrial Park is an Economic Development Corporation of Utah CERTIFIED SITE containing approximately 400 acres. Utah Inland Port Authority (UIPA) is in the process of certifying the Salina Industrial Park as an Inland Port project by Q2 2024.
