There are multiple points of ingress/egress to this property including two off the main route, Gerrardstown Road, in front of McDonald’s and BP Gas Station/Convenience Store. Pilgrim Street now provides much better access to the property with the traffic circle in place instead of the former stop sign which made heading east on Gerrardstown Road from Pilgrim Street nearly impossible. Now, the site has a direct access point onto Gerrardstown Road (at a major access point and a secondary point) plus substantial frontage on Pilgrim Street which is now a truly viable access street.
