Velocity is a modern walk up with exposed brick, hard wood floors and is in pristine condition. Two conference areas are available for Tenants use, free of charge, via the Skedda app. Compatible office uses are to be of an administrative nature and not customer facing on a day-to-day basis. The first floor of Velocity is the second floor of the building; the ground floor/first Floor is Taco's & Tequila Restaurant.
