Camillus Commons is located on W. Genesee Street, the only major retail shopping corridor in Camillus. The site is ideally situated in a heavily populated residential area. The annual New York State Fair is held in Syracuse, just minutes from Camillus Commons, and attracts nearly one million visitors yearly. Syracuse University, one of the largest colleges in Upstate New York and home to over 20,000 students, is minutes to the east of the site.
