Property has an existing lease that expires 1/31/2026, but landlord has a right to terminate to avoid auto-renewal. Notice must be given to Tenant by 10/31/2025 if owner wishes to terminate. Upon existing tenant vacating the property, renovation or redevelopment plans may begin.
