The Devin Farm comprises two parcels next to the airport on Hwy 28. The larger parcel is approximately 114 acres and the smaller parcel is approximately 15.8 acres. They are just east of Willow Creek Golf Course and the new Microsoft data center. They are both zoned EX, which is a mixed-use classification for light industrial and heavier commercial uses.
