515 Congress is in the heart of 6th Street and Congress Avenue in Downtown Austin. It is within walking distance of the Warehouse District, 6th Street, and the Capitol. The tower's exterior is clad in a bronze glass curtain wall, and the building's lobby is clad in travertine marble. This building features incredible views of the Capitol, Hill Country, Town Lake, and Downtown. There are nine levels of parking provided in the tower for approximately 350 cars. 515 Congress was newly renovated in 2016, with the main building lobby, elevator lobbies, and other common corridors being updated. There is also a newly delivered conference center (which holds up to 40 people), a fitness center, and five private shower/locker rooms for tenants. The newly constructed 2,500-square-foot outdoor patio area on the east side of the building provides tenants with a private outdoor space to enjoy and congregate with their fellow colleagues.
Austin’s Sixth Street District is in the heart of Downtown. It is well-established with some of the city’s best amenities, including world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just a few blocks south of the district is the Colorado River and the extensive Lady Bird Lake Metropolitan Park, providing scenic views and a variety of outdoor recreation opportunities in the city. Commuters and residents can easily get through and around the metro via various city services. Multiple Capital Metro bus stops throughout the district and a neighborhood MetroRail are the most common, local public transit options. Interstate 35 borders the metro’s eastern edge, enabling commuters to easily be on their way to points north and south of downtown.
