These spaces can be combined or built out to accommodate your specific needs. Building access is available for tenants 7 days a week and open late until 10:00pm for your business. A lighted marquee is available at a first come first serve basis to rent for your company sign that can be seen from Beltway 8. Mailboxes are also available. Building and bathrooms are cleaned daily and there is a dumpster on site that is available for small office trash. Should you need your own dumpster space can be made available for its placement.
