New Braunfels planning area map shows the proposed future land use to fall partially in the IH-35 Corridor and Transitional Mixed Use Corridor. The City of New Braunfels 2012 Transportation Plan shows Kohlenberg Rd to be a proposed Parkway and there is an existing septic tank onsite.
