Durham Bottling Company is a 16,000 square foot historic industrial warehouse complex located East Downtown Durham. Originally a manufacturing and shipping facility for a bottling enterprise, it later became the home of Budd Piper Roofing. In 2018, the facility was transformed into a modern industrial workspace that offers dynamic seating options, private corners, meeting space, multiple conference rooms, dedicated event space, and a wide selection of private office suites. Large windows provide natural light throughout while skylights help light the space through the day, warm lamps and varied lighting illuminate the evening space for the night owls.
