The seventeen-story Commodore Perry Apartments, originally built as a hotel in 1927, is a historic Downtown Toledo high-rise in the DORA district. This was the last large hotel built in Toledo's downtown area from the time it opened, in 1932, until the late 1970s. The pet friendly community has a dog park, newly renovated fitness center, garage parking, and an internet cafe.
