There are three separate buildings sharing two common walls that each have separate ground floor and second floor spaces with their own entrances. 502 has a ground floor space of 2,875 USF and a second floor of 4,475 USF. 508 S Verdugo has a ground floor space of 2,642 USF and a second floor of 4,707 USF. 512 S Verdugo has a ground floor space of 3,400 USF with a warehouse that opens to the parking lot and a second floor of 4,700 USF. All the air conditioning units were replaced in 2020 and in 2022 in all three buildings as well as new roofing. 502 S Verdugo was used as a production studio for a major production company and has sound barriers installed between the walls for post production work.
