Five Hundred Boylston, located in the Back Bay area of Boston, is a 25-story office and retail development. The 706,862-square-foot complex includes 641,503 square feet of office space, 65,359 square feet of exclusive retail space, and a 1,000-car parking facility shared with Two Twenty Two Berkeley. Designed by John Burgee Architects with Philip Johnson, architectural highlights include carved rose granite surfaces, soaring columns, two-story windows and a vaulted copper roofline. Hines provided asset management services from 1988 to 2008 and property management services from 1988 to 2013. Hines sold its interest in Five Hundred Boylston in September 2008.
