The 15-acre Industrial Area is planned for 120,000 SF of commercial and light industrial development, with flexible lot and building sizes. Retail is not an allowable use. MassDevelopment is currently constructing a road and infrastructure to support light industrial and commercial development at the site. Water, sewer, electricity and internet services are stubbed to the site.
Carriage Grove is a new neighborhood in Belchertown with mountain views, master planned for up to 581,000 square feet of mixed-use development. The Carriage Grove neighborhood is currently home to an 83-unit assisted living facility and a daycare and is under contract for an additional 100-units of mixed-income housing.
