Once complete, Main Street Promenade will feature over 90,000 SF of specialty retail and restaurant tenants, surrounded by over 1,200 car free public parking. Also, over 100,000 SF of additional office space is planned above the new stores, for a total of approximately 180,000 SF of office area, further enhancing the daytime population to shop at Main Street Promenade. The expanded retail line-up will further enhance the success of Main Street Promenade and its tenants.
