The sewer structure on the plans next to Phase II is installed. The 2" sprinkler line is installed; there is a tee at the front corner of the existing building .The 4" electrical feed from the new transformer is installed to the back corner of the existing building. There are no requirements for the interior layout. Our plan was to put 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor. There is also an area that looks like a closet for an elevator option.
