Because our Tenants only pay for the space and services utilized, there are no unnecessary expenses - no Triple Net, no reconciliations. Office prices cost between $500 and $2,500 per month, and range in size from 100 to 500 square feet. Each office is completely furnished and includes utilities and numerous amenities such as high speed internet, receptionist service, kitchen area with coffee and tea, mail service, use of our three conference rooms, 24/7 access with 24/7 HVAC, and on-site management. Our leasing terms are flexible. We will be glad to customize a lease to satisfy individual needs, month-to-month, yearly, or otherwise. The most important part of our package is that there are no hidden costs.
We also provide part-time office plans called Virtual Offices for those individuals that don’t need, or can’t afford a full time office, but require a professional appearance. Virtual Office plans start as low as $85/month.
