The Franklin Building, one of Salem’s tallest structures at six stories, contains one of the most beautiful spaces in Salem, in its sixth floor ballroom, which is now available for lease. This ballroom, kitchen and adjacent offices would be ideal for an event planner or other assembly use. The owner is not interested in single-event uses at this time.
